Sarah Hayley Orrantia

Sarah Hayley Orrantia (born February 21st in 1994) is an American actress, singer, and songwriter. She is best known for her performance on the comedy series of ABC The Goldbergs as Erica Goldberg. She was a part of Lakoda Rayne, a country pop group that was formed by Paula Abdul during the first season of The X Factor. In 2015, her debut single "Love Sick," was released. In May 2019 her debut EP The Way Out was released. Orrantia began singing when she was nine and began her professional training at the age 12. When she was 13, she wrote her first single. At age 13, she recorded her first cover track. She also began writing with Jamie Houston, a songwriter best known for creating hits for the Disney High School Musical movies. Orrantia was selected to be an audition for the first season in summer 2011. Orrantia got the audition through YouTube and was awarded four "yes" votes by the judges during the live auditions in Seattle. While she initially auditioned as a solo performer, during "Hollywood Week" the singer, along with three other female singers were put into a group to complete the remaining auditions as Lakoda Rayne. They were eliminated in week five of the live performances.
